Excellent service and would highly recommend. Friendly, reliable and very helpful. Came out at extremely short notice, and on a Sunday. Collected and delivered my dog, after I had been badly let down by someone else. My dog arrived happy and stress free, really what more can you ask for.

Graham is awesome. He’s helped us with our dogs and is knowledgeable and great with information and contacts. He’s reliable, easy to deal with and you couldn’t find anyone who cares more about the animals in their care.

We used this company when it was in its infancy to pick up and deliver a dog to our home. This was through a recommendation. We found Graham to be extremely professional, competitively priced and he arrived at the agreed time. Most importantly to us was the kindness and compassion he showed to our dogs. Our dog arrived to us safely and it was apparent he was experienced with dealing with dogs and had a very calm and reassuring nature. Graham is a font of knowledge, and able to advise on the best way to support an animal on transport. He’s has come up with ideas and other ways of support, and has helped enormously 🙂

Graham was recommended to us and it was our first time using his service but it won’t be the last. Despite our dogs coming in on a flight 5 hours later than scheduled he was patient and courteous, and nothing was too much trouble. He arrived very early and waited for the dogs to be released from the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre, he provided updates and photo’s once he had the dogs and then we were able to track his progress as he made his way to the destination.
